Happy Valentines weekend

Today is Valentines day!! 

Right now, we're at my parents house. You're taking a nap, mom is cutting up veggies and dada and grandpa are grilling burgers. Later today we'll be going to visit Dadas parents to take grandma flowers.

Dada wanted to celebrate Valentine's Day yest (Saturday) since it was perfect weather. He took us to Boroughs park. We packed up your food, and chicken salad sandwiches for us. We spent around 4 hours there. You love being outdoors!! 

Dada and I like simple things, we don't feel we need to spend a lot of money or go to fancy places to celebrate or show how much love we have for each other. Spending it together and now with you, is pretty amazing to us.

Library story time

Today we went to two library's for story time!!! I liked going and I'm sure you loved it. The first one we went to was with your godmother. It was more for toddlers but you were listening to the story and songs. Later we went to the library by our home and that one was for ages 0-11 months. There was so many little ones there and the songs were more for your age. I hope we can do this every Thursday. When dada got home in the evening we went for a walk down the street to get on the swings. You just love the swings! It makes you smile and laugh. It's been a wonderful day with you my little love. I just absolutely love seeing you happy.

First haircut!!

We took you for your first haircut and we love it!!!! We waited for a little while but fed you during. It worked out fine since you were happy. When it was time to sit you, you just wanted to play with the steering wheel of the car. The lady was pretty quick and she handed you a toy to keep you busy. You never cried or got mad. You made your first hair cut experience pretty great and exciting. I think it makes you look a bit older and dada thinks it makes you look more like a baby. Who knows but you look amazingly handsome to me. My lovey. I love you little love. Time to finish watching super bowl 50 And end this weekeend.

Finally a fun weekend!

Since the year started, every weekend we haven't had the chance to enjoy because things have popped up. You sick, teeth, me sick , fleas. But we were blessed with beautiful weather for the weekend to enjoy. Yesterday we picked up my mom at work and from there did some shopping at the outlets. Dada then too us on a quick trip to buc-ees. We then came home to feed you and after did a bit of shopping at babies r us. Dada had a great idea of filling up the living room with blankets and a bunch of toys. You loved it!! Kept laughing And screaming. Today we did a bit of cleaning but after we took a trip to the park for a little walk and some time in the swings. You sure love those things!! We then went for your first haircut but I'll talk about that in my next post. You look so handsome!!  And now we're home "watching" the Super Bowl with your padrino and Dadas parents here. I think this week while dada works, maybe you and I can go for little walks to the park. Beautiful weather is heading our way.
